Vitamins good idea??

Hi ladies have any of you tried taking Pregnacare Conception tablets before starting ivf and it helped as got my very first appointment in 11 days and thought might boost my blood results and help wen I do the ivf

I think it’s a good idea to start a pre conception vitamin as soon as you can. They recommend that you take these 6 months before trying to conceive to get the most benefit (or that’s what they told me).

I ended up taking them for 4 years due to all our fertility dramas and I’ve always used a supermarket generic pregnancy multivitamin on a 3 for 2 offer. Both GP and consultant said there’s no point in going for premium brand.
