Vitamin e and L’arginine during 2 week wait

I took high dose of vitamin e and l’arginine in the lead up to my FET. Does anyone know if I am ok to continue with these while on 2 week wait? TIA

I would probably say to stop and start taking pregnacare or folic acid supplementss. just high doses of vitamins might not be good as u are PUPO! But see what the other ladies say xx

I take pregnacare conception that I am continuing with which has 400iu folic acid.. would you take additional?

No 400iu is the recommended dose from the nhs, so u r safe with that. Hope this is your time x

I had Zero symptoms before I got my positive and none for a few weeks after, so dont be panicking, no symptoms is totally normal. Praying that u get the news u want xox
