Hi there, wishing you lots of luck for your transfer. Sorry I cant help with timings, as our first round, we didnt make it to transfer. but this round I've also been having acupuncture and hopefully will have a pre and post session. So if you wouldn't mind letting me know how long you are that would help me too. Good luck 🤞🥰 x

Hi there,

The transfer itself takes 10-15 minutes. In both my transfers I spent 1.5-2 hours, which included checking in, laying down for 30 minutes after transfer and receiving medications. However, each clinic is different.

Best wishes !!

My clinic ask everybody to arrive at the same time for either the morning or afternoon slots, so it depended on where you fell on the list. I was last and so was at the hospital for about 4 hours in total. Good luck for tomorrow xx

We were in and out of hospital in about an hour for our transfer - it’s really quick

Hey Kay, all the best! You’ll be there for 40 mins max (all hoping your timing at the hospital isn’t delayed). Xx

Hi,

The transfer itself is very quickly, around 10 min in the room. I had 3 transfers and normally I spent 1h- 1.5h in the hospital, which included checking in and waiting for my turn. After the transfer I could go home straight away. My clinic protocol does not include to lay down for 30 minutes after transfer. However, each clinic is different.

What is important is to have your bladder full. So 1h prior to your teansfer start drinking plenty of water.

Fingers crossed for you! Good luck ;)
