Does anyone know of do's and don'ts for exercise during TWW? I've heard not to do strenuous exercise but are yoga and swimming okay?

Exercise during tww
Hi Kit84
I was told no swimming In any public pool in the 2WW due to the risk of infection and could cause issues with implantation. With yoga I would inform your yoga teacher as there are some poses that will need to be avoided.
Hope this helps
Good luck xXx
No swimming and i was told to even stay away from excise. Just walking for a while I actually good. Good luck
Exercise is really good for you, for your body and your mind. I understand theres no limitations, well really its exactly the same as if someone just had sex isn’t it?!
Do what feels good for you 💗
I went cycling the day after transfer, my
Consultant encouraged it as he said blood flowing to the womb is great. I also swan after a few days healing and walked a lot.
No swiming allowed, both NHS and private clinics told me this. I got told gentle walking is best. Good luck.xx
Hi there,
I was actually told by the clinic not to do strenuous exercise, no public pools and after transfer not to have sex during the 2WW. Each clinic has their own rules, however, from a health perspective strenuous exercise does increase the risk of developing ovarian torsion.
