So I’ve recently started taking DHEA and I’ve had insomnia now for a week. Is there a link to this? Has anyone else had the same?
I have to point out the insomnia could equally be down to anxiety.

Hi I’ve also experienced really bad insomnia since I started DHEA. I’ve tried taking most of my dose in the morning and at lunch. I’m also on co-enzyme q10, so I’m not sure if that’s also causing it.
Yeh I’m on the ubiquinol as well. I’ve googled and it says side effects are insomnia for both 🙄 great!
Have you been taking them a while and has the insomnia got any better? X
