I have been on IVF treatment for 2 years. 4 blastocyst transfers. 4 embryos and still no success. Male infertility present. I had an endo polyp removed but no other known issues. Any one out there with unexplained infertility?

How do you deal with unexplained infertility?
I am so sorry to read this
I've started some counselling with a counsellor I found online - I think they are more of a 'fertility therapist' but they have really started to help... if nothing else just because they have made me realise there is no 'right' way to cope, and actually anything is normal and gradually over time your head and body start to try and deal with things. My clinic counsellor was awful but this lady has really helped me.
I am 42 nearly 43, we've been TTC for 4 years, I've had a natural MMC blighted ovum, then nothing for a year, then a failed IVF, then a successful IVF MMC, then a failed IVF which was a chemical then a natural BFP MMC ... my head is scrambled with 'will I ever get pregnant again' followed by 'even if I do will I have a successful pregnancy' followed by 'I think maybe is should be giving up but not sure I am ready'.. what I would pay for a crystal ball!
There is no reason why all of this has happened to me that anyone can give me really, just bad luck maybe?
Its the biggest cliche but these days I literally have to take every day as it comes. Sometimes I am super positive, other times I am close to suicidal. The smallest thing can notch me over the edge. We took 3 months off TTC recently and that really helped me rediscover who I was before this all started so highly recommend it.
Happy to share the details of the woman I am speaking to in PM if it helps. Not sure what this answer was supposed to say except you really arent alone and sending you a huge hug xx
thats really tough to deal with something unknown I can understand. I have heard about an herbal formula "get pregnant fertility tea" of maternitytea.com that worked fine for some guys with unexplained infertility. taking a look wont cost you nothing but a door to hope could open. go through customers reviews before giving it a try.
My husband and I have unexplained infertility, had 2 cycles of IVF and in the 2ww with a FET from cycle 2 🤞 I'm already looking into other options to explore the reason for our "unexplained" infertility because there must be a reason for it.
With unexplained infertility everything appears "normal" but clinics only assess your reproductive system which may not be the problem itself but an organ system or pathway linked to it.
Have you had your progesterone checked and thyroid tested?
I also saw a nutritionist and had a DUTCH test which showed I have low oestrogen in my luteal phase, I had a vitamin B6 deficiency and low melatonin, which I've taken supplements for. If this transfer fails were going to try naturally with cycle tracking as I've been taking supplements long enough that I should have addressed my deficiencies or will improve egg quality for next cycle.
Sperm issues can mostly be reversed with diet and lifestyle changes but would recommend a sperm DNA fragmentation test if you haven't had this already.
Good luck and hope you get some answers, unexplained infertility really is frustrating xx
Unexplained infertility - yeah, it is hard! One the one hand, sort of good that there isn't a reason that we shouldn't be getting pregnant, but really I wish there was a reason we weren't/aren't getting pregnant. And the IVF journey is brutal. I've been through three transfers (two fresh, one frozen) myself, with the first one ending in a missed miscarriage. It has been literally all year and will continue. It screws with your mind, and is very overwhelming. You are a strong lady to get this far.
I am the same they have found no issues with me but still nothing 🤦♀️ You have to keep going one day we will both get our little miracles xxx
