Hi, really sorry to hear this. It’s a tough balancing act physically, mentally and emotionally. We push ourselves and we tell ourselves to stay positive when we’re also very much aware that the outcome may not go in our favour. Then we have to pick ourselves up and it takes adjusting all over again whilst sometimes not knowing what next. Do take all the time you need and I hope that when you’re ready you’re able to make whatever decision is best for you...x
