Hello I’ve always been a terrible sleeper. I am really pleased that I am pregnant after my first round of ivf (very early days).l BUT...
I miscarried at 21 weeks earlier in the year and although I am feeling so blessed and lucky and happy to be pregnant, I am also terrified and sleeping worse than ever at the moment.
Does anyone have any recommendations of a sleep aid I can take when pregnant?

Hi my love... you are not alone and I had awful insomnia. Have you tried listening to some mindfulness cds/apps. There are some really good ones and it really helped my anxiety and helped me to sleep much better...😊
I really struggle with sleep but find listening to audiobooks help. I set a timer and never notice when it turns off as i am sound asleep. Sending you positive thoughts xxx
