Day 7 stims... oh the bloat!

Hi all

On day 7 stims now and have another scan tomorrow afternoon. Hoping for more follicles as 7 is pretty poor I think? Anyway, the bloat is getting very uncomfortable now. Is there anything I can do to relieve it a bit? Any help would be great!

Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, and don't eat anything that will make the bloating worse. You'll have to really watch your diet. Mine settled a little (although still quite bloated), i found my diet change helped loads x

Soaked milled flaxseeds overnight! Mix into your porridge or muesli.

Good luck with your scan. 7 is a great number!! I’ve got collection tomorrow and only 3 follicles 😟. You’ll do fab! Xx
