Day 6 scan...

Hi all

Had my scan today for day 6 of stims and she said lining is 6.9mm and 7 follicles so far. Does this seem low? I mentioned to her it’s not a lot and she said it’s fine but feels a bit rubbish to me 😖

Are you booked in for another scan?

Try and keep positive (easier said than done I know) ... but 7 follicles is great .. hopefully they get to a good size for eggs for you ... it only takes one, but I know it feels like a numbers game sometimes. Keeping everything crossed xx

I’m back in on Monday and she’s hopeful there will be more but I didn’t realise that every follicle doesn’t always have an egg? This is new to me !!!

I know what you mean I have learnt so much about my body since TTC... and still so much I don’t know either xx

Hi Jaygee. Perhaps there will be another few when you are rescanned. You’ve got time for more to develop, plus the ones you have to get to a decent size to contain eggs when you have your trigger shot. Good luck! Diane
