Bleeding during 2ww

Hello ladies. I had my 2 embryos transferred 8days ago, at day 6 hatching blastocyst. I started spotting 5 days ago which I thought was a good sign, then yesterday started bleeding heavily. It feels like a normal period! Has anyone experienced of heard of this? Does it mean game over? I’m currently awaiting a call back from the clinic but feeling devastated! 😧

In my last cycle, my nurse says I need to take a pregnancy test regardless what happens. Have you taken one?

I had thought that you wouldn't bleed when you are still taking progesterone? In my failed cycle, my period came only after I stopped the progesterone.

I had something simar and my hcg started dropping in the tests so the lines got fainter. I was lightly bleeding even on lubion and cyclogest x
