Top tips to increase womb lining

Hi, so I have had egg collection today, 12 eggs collected but worries as my lining is only 6.8mm.

They have said ideally they want it to be 8mm, would go ahead with 7mm. Scan booked for Saturday.

Any ideas on what I can do to try and increase it?

Thank you

Hi,

Good work on the egg collection! That’s a brill number to work with.

I’ve always struggled a bit with my lining. I try to eat lots of protein and iron rich foods like beetroot and spinach during a cycle. No idea if it helps but mine usually gets there in the end!

Good luck x
