I’m now a week on from when I got my negative pregnancy test result and starting to feel stronger and looking forward to planning our next cycle.
I have had period pains most of this week and a little spotting but still no AF. Has anyone else experienced this? Hoping it shows up soon. 😔

Hey Kat glad u starting to feel stronger. Af after negative is always so hard and painful have found 😢 found gets easier after this as can then start a plan again. Tbh too my AF has always come quite quickly after negative which at times found cruel so not had to wait like u.
Sure be others that may be similar though. Otherwise may be worth doing another test and/or seeing what clinic say. As said sure others be able to share their similar experiences though.

Hiya, I’m so sorry for you bfn. The waiting around afterwards is just so shit because, not sure if you’re like me, but I just didn’t want to believe it was all over until my body told me, despite the mountain of negative pregnancy tests I had piling up. It took me a week for experience any bleeding after my recent bfn. It was a fresh cycle rather than a FET but I think it can depend on how much progesterone support you’re on because AF isn’t going to arrive until your levels drop, which can take time if you’ve been on high doses. I was taking daily suppositories as well as infra muscular progesterone oil twice a week. When AF finally arrived it was an odd one, had two days of the most intense cramps and heavy bleeding which passed the pregnancy, then around 5 days of really light flow/spotting, 3/4 days of nothing at all and then another 4 days of medium flow, so totally bizarre but I think just my body reacting to getting rid of all the progesterone. It was very different to my first bfn where I was spotting before OTD and then AF turned up as normal the day after stopping meds, although I was only take suppositories first time around.
It’s jist horrid when you’re not sure what your body is doing and you’re just waiting around for AF to arrive. feels like you’re a bit in limbo especially if you’re wanting to crack on with another round ASAP. I’m sure AF is on it way but might be quite different from normal. That’s great you’re starting to feel stronger and hope that feeling continues! x
I had my negative test the Friday but then starting spotting the Monday. Seemed normal by the Tuesday but only spotting since. Seems to have stopped now. When I've had withdrawal bleeds in the past they've been full on for 3 days so not sure why mostly spotting only this time. As it's my first FET, not sure if this is normal.
Looks like your body is trying to do something though. Fingers crossed it shows up soon xx

Hi lovelies. Thank you for your messages. After spotting all weekend my AF finally arrived today, 10 days after I stopped meds! Relieved to have it arrive but also a bit sad too as it makes the end of our last cycle feel very real. Thank you for all your support. 😘❤️ xxx
