Private scan this aft 16+2 weeks pregnant

Going for a private scan this afternoon as I want to check on my subchorionic haematoma (and of course will be nice to see babe). Weve been team green from the get go, but my goodness was it hard to say no to finding out he gender when booking the scan 😅 although a scan at he hospital last week to check baby after a massive bleed seemed o show a little winkie 😂 but I tried not to look and could have been the umbilical cord, leg arm etc.

I am sure it is really hard not knowing but I would like to wait too if I ever get to be pregnant that is. Then you have something else to look forward to. I hope the scan goes well and that the haematoma is smaller. xx

Thanks lovely, haematoma was much much smaller. Too small to measure which was a massive relief! Unfortunately, we have a flasher and as soon as the probe touched my stomach, legs were open and genitals here just hanging out 😂 didnt get her to confirm gender but 99% sure I know Haha

Yeah I wanted the birth surprise to encourage me on. But so excited to be having a boy, I've had a feeling since the beginning we were having a boy. I would have been excited either way but I've been fortunate to have a lot of nieces (non biological) that I'm very close with so I've done all the girl stuff. And I love little boy clothes Haha, plus I cant pass on my infertility too a boy 🥰

I always saw myself with a little boy but I feel like we've got a lady on board. So pleased for you! And great news about the haematoma shrinking too x

Oh definitely, my main concern was the haematoma but always nice to see a wriggling baby. I was the opossit lol, always saw myself with a girl x

Yep looks that way Haha! Clearly wanted me to know. Although it takes the anticipation anyway which is a shame, I get the enjoyment of investing in a few outfits Haha. But were not telling family the gender x

Thanks lovely. That's the main thing as my hb is already far too low. Dont want to be hitting dangerous levels x
