I've had a complete mind block... I don't know if I have taken my evening dose of Progynova... please help!?

I have had a complete mind block and now I am fretting! So my transfer was yesterday, I still have to do my Pessaries twice a day and take the Prognova 3 times a day. I have done the Pessaries and then come down and I really cannot remember if I have taken the evening dose of Progynova... I dont think I have but I cant be sure. Now I dont know what to do? Any advice welcomed!!

can you try counting back the used tablets on the strip and work it out that way? I did something similar the other day, only I think I ended up taking a double dose..oops xo

Thank you for replying! I cant count back because I dont know how many I had in the first place because they are left over from when I started in May and had to stop. I rang the out of hours number they told me I could take it and it would be fine even if I doubled up. Thank you soo much for replying.. crisis averted (for now haha) I'm a bleeding nervous wreck 😂😂 xx

It's good you sorted it out! I have to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening and one day something similar happened to me. From that day on I decided to write down with a permanent marker the day of the week (4 pills with M for Monday, 4 pills with T for Tuesday, ...). I need to make my life easy because this journey is so stressful!
