HOW LONG IS THE WAIT FOR FET TO PREGNANCY TEST?

Hi All

Having a frozen embryo transfer on the 5th Aug. What is the expected wait after transfer for pregnancy test?

As going abroad on holiday on 18th Aug for 2 weeks, so want to know beforehand if pregnant or not.x

Probably you can start to the test with day 9 but is the best to wait until your OTD , best of luck and enjoy your holiday xxxx

Your OTD will most likely be 12 days after your transfer but you might see positives before then if you like to test early. Good luck x

Thanks kitcat, might test early as day 13 I ll be travelling. So will need to know if to carry pessaries etc if positive or negative. X

Hi Kat, Hooe my clinic does earlier than 14 days as I ll be travelling on day 13.. so ideally would need to know if to carry pessaries or not. Depending on outcome.x
