Ivf Thyroid

Does anyone know what level T4 (thyroid) should be for ivf?

I had a slightly low TSH so I had my T4 tested it was 17 and they have let us proceed.

The normal range on my GPs notes for TSH is 0.27-4.2mu/l but I was told for IVF it should be between 1 and 2.

The normal range for T4 on my GPs notes is 9-26 Pmol/l but I was never told the range for IVF.
