Nurses advise to continue with excersise as normal. Since start of year been jogging 1-3 times per week usually 5k. Obviously will refrain during 2WW but just wondering thoughts on continuing jogging, swimming, workouts etc once started injections? I have always stopped however I feel I really want to carry on as normal as I can this time. I remember reading you can’t risk ovarian torsions etc during stimms but nurses say this absolutely wouldn’t be caused by jogging etc.
Yep it’s that time for overthinking everything 🙈

See how you go hon - I didn't exercise during stims because my boobs got really sore and abdomen was bloated and tender. But as long as you feel ok it will probably do you good to do a bit of light exercise, especially outdoors - don't know about working out with weights though - I think I would avoid that. Good luck with your cycle xxx
I think you’ll be ok as long as you listen to your body and stop when you need to.
Like MissSaoPaulo I was really bloated and had sore boobs, but I was still able to do long walks and yoga...although I did moan a lot about the sore boobs, I’ve never before encountered this as I’ve never been well endowed in that department, was very glad when they reduced back down! 😊 x
I was able to keep up with exercise until close to egg transfer when my abdomen hurt even walking due to the size of the follicles. I’d say keep it up but listen to your body and if anything hurts stop. Best of luck x
