Products I can and can't use

Hi, I'm 11weeks pg and was wondering if I'm able to use small amount of soap when showering or bathing

You can carry on virtually as you used to. Just avoid certain foods (which are on the NHS website) and too much caffeine xx

Fully aware of what foods I can and can't eat as midwife give me a list lol. Thankfully I don't normally eat most of it lol. It was just the soap issue lol. Thank you xx

Lol I was the same I’m such a fussy eater the food wasn’t an issue xx
