I cannot believe it. I found out last night that I'm pregnant, early days 2-3 weeks I think. It's happened naturally after 3 years and 3 try's at IVF. I'm in shock but over the moon. Have a long way to go but just taking each day as it comes and being positive everything will be good.
I can't pinpoint what's changed but 2 months ago I changed my diet, started swimming and yoga, went to see a kiniseologist, a maya massage therapist and an acupuncturist. And changed my mindset that I could do this naturally and here we are.
Please don't give up hope! Our bodies are weird and wonderful things. I hope we all get to be the mothers we long to be xx.

Thank you. Not at all. I cut down on sugar as much as possible cuz I used to love my sweet stuff, cut down on dairy and started eating organic as much as I could, fruit, veg, eggs, milk and chicken, meat etc ( I didn't realise the amount of hormones they put into chickens and cows and it can affect your hormone levels ) not major changes just cutting down on not so good stuff and lots of fresh and "real" food. I think the Kinesiologist played a big part in balancing my body as well. Hope that helps xx
It's hard to explain Kinesiology but there are videos on YouTube that show what it does. It's about balancing your body physically and emotionally. Your body tells the person everything about you by muscle testing. Then imbalances can be corrected. All I know is I had 2 sessions and felt amazing afterwards. Definitely worth a try xx
WOW... That's amazing news. I was trying to go organic but the non organic stuff started to creep back into my diet. Hearing this I'm defo going to try again.... Only harder!!

Thank you so much, I really was beginning to think it would never happen. Please never ever give up, there really is no rhyme or reason to it sometimes. Just look after yourself and keep hoping and believing.

Thank you, always have hope. Don't ever give up. I think the holistic therapies and the diet and exercise really helped. Small changes really but I just felt in a much better place and now I just can't believe it xx
