Anyone do charting? Is it really worth it? What do you think of mine this month ?x

I use ovusense .. find it so much more accurate! I was getting ti the point where i was panicing before taking my temps orally and it was affected the result x

I gave up on it a bit to be honest as it was difficult and mines was a bit up and down all the time. Also I had much more obvious symptoms, like cervical fluid, sore nips just before ovulation and most months could feel the ovulation itself (pain in ovaries at the time and sore achy hip on one side in the few hours leading up to it). Ovulation pain woke me up one night too!

Are you finding it easy to do and do you look out for other signs too?
