Is anyone knowledgeable in BBT charting? This is my first month of charting and to ne honest I can't tell if I have ovulated or not! I was supposed to ovulate around day 12,can anyone take a look at this for me and let me know what you think? Please see below pic, I thought your temp was supposed to stay up above cover line of you've ovulated? Mines up and down?
Thanks in advance!

It is supposed to be higher immediately after ovulation for at least three days. You have a very jagged chart though, are you testing at the same time every morning? Before you get out of bed? xx
Yes Tugsgirl , I was going to say the same. Charting at different times of the day can cause an irratic chart and after ovulation there is usually a peak that stays up over a number of days. Im a bit of a beginner at this malarkey too so still learning like you!xx
Yea um using a proper one, its weird isnt it! I got the static smiley face on me digital ov stick, I know that doesn't confirm if you've ovulated or not though! X
Going by your temperatures alone I definitely wouldn’t like to say that you have ovulated.. but if you had any ovulation cramps that coincided that would be a good indication, as well as egg white cm and positive opk xx
Yea I think I got the cramps, they were both sides though so maybe just my follicles twitching! Had egg white cm etc.. Very bizarre. My body's all over the place since losing my baby in December, just wish it would go back to normal but I know can't take time
Hi Beckyboo1985. As your temperature rise hasn’t maintained for 2-3 days I would think you haven’t ovulated this month. See if it works ok next time, and if still uncertain ask you GP to check with a Day 21 progesterone blood test. Diane
