Day 10 of a 5 day blasto negative test

Hi girls . I'm 10 days into my by 5 day blasto of my second IVF... and its negative....

I had IVF 2 times and each one of the times I only got one blasto... no one know why and I am getting so frustrated.

I'm not sure how old you are or how good your AMH is but we had 3 blastocysts from 2 cycles....all bfns. We got told it was likely due to my egg quality. I was 38 & AMH was 7.19. We have moved onto using DE now and got so much more blastocysts so the Drs were right. Sorry to hear of your failed cycles. Have a chat with your clinic, they may have some ideas as to how you should proceed!xx

I had one at 36 and now at 37. My egg quality is excellent and I gave no problems. My husband has Varicocele, but they told me it should not be affecting the IVF cycle. But since I have no problems at all, this might be the only indication.

I had 10 eggs fertilized the first cycle and 9 on the second one, and only only blasto survived in the first and one blasto in the second.

I had a good amount of eggs too unfortunately, think I had 9 on my last cycle. The Drs dont have a test for egg quality and they just told me due to the small number to blastocyst it was egg quality. Prod the Drs as much as possible, ask what your realistic success rates are!! Have you tried taking DHEA & ubiquinol to improve your egg quality? Also something to ask your clinic.xx
