Laser assisted Hatching?

My husband is an expat and we live in India.

After our third ICSI that resulted in 8weeks missed miscarriage., we had a D&C and sent the product for karyotyping. The results came back normal.

Doctor said it was simply bad luck and we could try another round after 2 months.(My age is 39 & DH is 34 with low sperm count and motility.) He will give me some hormone therapy injections before pick up to help the quality of eggs and TESA/MESA for DH.

We decided to go to another clinic in the mean time and just have another opinion. This new clinic has suggested Laser Assisted Hatching before the embryos are transferred.

I've been trying to read up on it with various mixed reviews and in some sites saying America doesn't approve of it.???

I'm very confused.com

Should I stick with my old clinic that atleast got me a positive result in my third try but just didn't "stick" or should I try the laser hatching?
