OTD faint line on test experiencing abdominal pains and slight brown but mostly white discharge looking for advice

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone has any advice that can help me.

OTD today and I got a very faint line on test this morning so was feeling over the moon but for the last two hours I have been experiencing abdominal pains (I have had these pains on and off throughout the 2ww. On day 10 I got some brown coloured discharge but then it stopped by the next day. But today I wiped and slight brown but mostly white discharge appeared.

So although I’ve seen the faint line and this made me feel really happy this morning. The pains and discharge has worried me now and I am hoping someone here can tell me this all ok.
