Hi Twobaby. Being overweight can interfere with ovulation, so always best to keep to a reasonable BMI. I doubt it will have any bearing on your AMH, but you probably are still ovulating if not too low, so give that egg it’s best chance. Good luck! Diane

My BMI has been around 20 my whole life and I have low AMH so in my experience having a “normal” BMI hasn’t meant my AMH has been ok.

As age also plays an important role in amh

I was 34 when I had my AMH measured.

As Diane said having a normal BMI can help with fertility but I dont think there is any evidence it will help AMH.

Here is an example of a trial: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/m/pubmed/1...

I've been both very overweight and very underweight. I'm now somewhere in the middle. I'm 38 and my AMH is high at 45.2. No underlying cause for high amh either.

As per previous posters though, always good to maintain normal bmi if possible as being both overweight or underweight can interfere with chances of pregnancy.

My diet is still pretty poor so I'm currently adopting a Mediterranean diet on the advice of a friend. Mostly veg, potatoes, fruit, seafood, fish, wholewheat pasta and extra virgin olive oil. First failed FET so I'll literally give anything a go at this stage.
