I had 2 Endometrioma one on each ovary. Last time I went for a ultrasound was in October 2018. Both was still present but there was a 3rd they didn’t know if it was a normal cyst or Endometrioma. I went for a internal ultrasound today to see what’s happening before my fertility appt in July and she said there was only 1 which was on the left ovary and still hasn’t changed in size since the start of last year now it hasn’t grown. I asked about the 2 on the right ovary and she said there wasn’t anything on the right ovary it was clear. I’m over the moon, but I’m shocked and confused right now, how how they jus disappeared?
Anyone got any advice or similar experiences x

Slightly different but I was told in 2012 that both my tubes were blocked and then found out in 2016 at fertility investigations that both were free and clear. I asked how this could happen and all they could suggest is that the body can sometimes clear things by itself. Not helpful at all really! But like you say, it's certainly good news 👍🏼
