Reflexology/Complementary Therapies thoughts?

Hi everyone

I had my first reflexology appointment yesterday and the lady who treated me also had PCOS (same as me) and was extremely knowledgeable about the subject. I’m not usually one for complementary therapies, but what I do know is I struggle to relax and I’m so negative and hard on myself sometimes with the TTC journey. As well as the reflexology she talked to me about a lot of issues and I found it so helpful and relaxing I’m back again next week!

I was just wondering if anyone else has tried reflexology and had success stories or what their thoughts are? Or any other complementary therapies. It’s quite interesting the research there is out there on it!
