Clinic mess up?

Hello lovely ladies.

I would appreciate some opinions please. I did 2 rounds of IVf in a clinic in czech republic. During my 1 st cycle I was not advised to do a baseline scan and just adviced to start injections. I ended up with 15 fertilised eggs and only 2 blasts. The clinic suggested I go through an other Ivf imedeatly to bank embryos for pgs and I took their advice. I asked again for a baseline e scan and they said no need. On day 6 I wend fir my first scan at my gynecologist (as im not from Czech Republic) and he said on follicle was way ahead at day 6 measuring 2.3mm and all the others were around 8mm. He suggested that I speak to the clinic as he felt it could hinder outcome. I email my coordinator 3 times asking same question and she never replied. I tought it might not be important and forgot about it. The cycle was a total disaster as I only got 4 fertilised eggs and no blasts. After that I kept asking for culture details which after 4 weeks arrived. J noticed that the coordinator lied to me with the fertilaisation report saying 5 fertilised while culture report showed only 4, and she said we had 4 good looking embryos on day 2 and 1 behind were in fact we had only 3.

Whar would you do? I funded both cycles myself. I feel betrayed and sad. I also did a karyotype test and after 2 ivfs and 9 weeks I am still waiting for result.

Hi Lorita. This is so sad to read. All you can do is to speak with the clinic manager for his/her comments. Check your contract and see whether they have mis-managed you in any way, according to what was promised in the contract. Keeping everything crossed that they can come up with some answers. Diane
