Hi, my husband also has azospermia, however we where lucky enough to be successful with surgical sperm retrieval? Has your husband had this?

We had our first ICSI in feb and most of my eggs where immature so we had zero fertilisation. I have since been for a follow up with the consultant and the issue is now my egg quality and fairly low reserve so they’ve changed my meds and I’ve been taking numerous supplements as you can imagine! Hopefully starting treatment again around the 23rd may depending on when AF decides to appear.

I have read success stories on here so don’t loose hope xxx

I have been crying for more than than 7hours and Iwant to die bcz I lost hope I won’t be a mom.

My issue is same as you from 11 only two eggs are mature and fertilized but unfortunately I had a negative test and very painful cycle.

Thank you for replying it helps me

I totally understand how you feel. Maybe it’s worth speaking to your fertility specialist again. They are trying 3 trigger shots with me this time as opposed to one to try and help mature my eggs so I’ll let you know if that’s any help. Sending hugs xx

Sorry to hear about your failed cycle. There are ladies that have had success with sperm retrieved that have successful pregnancies. Obviously the low ovarian reserve may not work in your favour. Your consultant should be able to give you realistic success rates for you. It's not for everyone but you may want to think about donor eggs if your ovarian reserve is really low. Hugs.xx

Hi,

If the azoospermia is caused by inflammation, a herbal medicine diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill may help. My friend said the pills are effective for him. He had been suffering from chronic prostatitis and azoospermia for 7 years with GV and E.coli infection.

Eventually, his symptoms released after one month, and after four months treatment his tests for prostate gland and the semen are all with good results.

He said that he had never imagined a cure. Hope this information can help you.
