Early pregnancy cramps.

Do early pregnancy cramps last all day every day? Mine have stopped. I'm about 5 weeks.

I'm 5+4 today and have little twingy cramps that come and go. Sometimes quite sharp, short pains, sometimes more achy, sometimes not there at all. I have definitely had less of them this week than last. I think everyone is different, and obviously we are hyper aware of everything. Talking to friends who have conceived naturally and with no issues none of them remember feeling anything until at least 6 weeks. Just that we're looking for any sign of anything! Hang in there x

I had mild cramping through the 2ww and for a little while after, so yeah, about 5 weeks when they eased off. It's so hard not to worry about everything at this point isn't it?
