Ivf the ups and downs

Hi I'm New here don't really know where to start I was diagnosed quite a few years ago with pcos we decided last July to start ivf treatment we went to our doctor and she said I needed to lose quite a lot of weight I was nearly 19 stone at this point I decided to bite the bullet and join slimming world on 2nd of Aug last year I have now to date list over 6 stone and was able to start the ivf journey in Feb this year.

We had a few appointments and was told we could go ahead but now we have hit a problem imbs full time carer for my husband and because of this and my husband's age (he's 57) it has to be referred to a ethnic committee the meeting is on 13th of May so now we have to wait for a yes or no decision there now saying I have to provide evidence that I can provide care for my husband if I was to become present snd while the baby is new born.

I was wondering if anyone else had been through the same situation or something similar sorry for the long post
