Day 2 Transfer???

Hi ladies, so this round has been a bit of a rollercoaster. We only managed to get 3 eggs of which only 2 were mature so same numbers as last time. I was bitterly disappointed with this as I did everything I could literally from changing my deodorant not wearing nail varnish, no BPA, Dhea supplements everything that’s out there I tried it.

Anyway despite all that we did manage to get one fertilisation this time which is at least one step further than last time. Because we only had 1 embryo they decided to bring me in on Day 2 for transfer. Obviously because it was so early they couldn’t grade it but they said it had split and formed 5 cells which they said was good but it had approx 50% fragmentation which is at the higher end. They said the best place for it is in the womb and that the fragmentation can sometimes correct itself in there.

Has anyone on here transferred that early and had similar fragmentation and had a positive story?

We’re really happy we’ve at least got this far but I’m so nervous now that after all this it doesn’t work. Xx
