Do enzymes work?

Hello every1. After struggling an year of what I call my bundle of health issues I finally got a clear picture of all my health probs ( atleast I hope so). So im 30 yrs old. Im ttc since 2 yrs now. Im suffering from bilateral endometriomas, tarlov cyst ( in my spine), fibroids, adeno.

So today I came across an old post on this forum where i found some ppl had success in coping their gynocological issues with using few enzymes. SERRAPEPTASE, NAPRINOL. And other supplemnts milk thistle, DIM shatavari that I found on youtube.

So before I decide to jump into using these I wanted to know do they really work? Which doctor suggest these? Any splst i can visit?
