Unexplained infertility

So here goes. I've found this forum and hope it will help me with my journey. Im 28 years old and have been ttc for 4 and a half years . After 2 years of ttc I finally caught but this resulted in a miscarriage. Its been 2 and half years since then and nothing. Ive had every single test done and everything comes back normal. My partner has had a semen analysis twice and hes fine. My partner also has 2 daughters from a previous relationship . Basically they have diagnosed me with unexplained infertility. I have now been referred for IVF. The current waiting list is 5 months. Has anyone on here been diagnosed with unexplained infertility ??

Its been lovely reading all the posts on here . Also nice to read some success stories xx

Hi Lulu, so sorry to hear you have been trying such a long time. I’ve been trying 2.5 years, am 27, and just been referred to fertility, I didn’t even consider that there might be waiting lists. Hang in there, it will be here before you know it and a miracle might happen in the mean time, sending you luck !!
