Hi all. Im 5dp5dt and had cramps and headache all day requiring me to have an hour's nip! Anyone else experienced this?x

Headaches are nearly always hormonal induced during the tww. I’m guessing you’re on progesterone which affects your hormones and can also cause cramping. However a positive sign for me has always been cramping that feels exactly like I’m about to get my period so if that’s what yours feels like then it could be a good sign 🤞🏻 xx

Thank you for replying. Yeh im on the progesterone pessaries and I figured its likely all hormonal. Was just surprised that it was all day. Yeh exactly like period pains. Im hoping it might be a good sign but trying not to think to much into it.x

I had cramping at 7dp5dt and went on to get a bfp. Hopefully a good sign for you too..hang on in there. Good luck x

I’m on 7dp5dt and have headaches and cramps too. We just don’t know what’s happening. Got to be patient and keep busy and stay sane and keep positive. You’ve got this xxx
