5dp5dt - FET

hi all, I had my first FET last Thursday and am trying my absolute best to relax during this time and keep busy. I tested this morning but think I either got an indent line or I had line eyes. I’m just looking for some reassurance that 5dp5dt is still far too early to get a BFP please. I had an ectopic pregnancy before Christmas so am extremely nervous! Thank you!

Hi, try another test the next morning. If you saw a line it will be more visible in your nest test. Wishing you all the best. Use early response test. xx

thank you! I’m expecting some first responses to turn up today so will test again tomorrow which will be 7dp5dt so fingers crossed I get my BFP! Xx

5dpt is a little early especially if you are not using a first response early response and for a frozen transfer (they. A take a little longer to implant) I’d say day 7 or 8 have always been more reliable for me with that test. Fingers and toes crossed for you! Xxx

I’m back again haha. So I got a BFP at 6dpt on first response but now I’m worrying my 9dpt is a bit lighter. OTD is tomorrow where I’ll do a digital then Beta is Monday so I know I need to wait for that but I’ll post pictures of 6-8dpt and then this mornings and it would be great if you can advise if you think it’s ok please to try and stop me being such a worry wart.

yeah these look absolutely fine to me so far 🤗 I mean nothing is guaranteed obviously but these tests are great and exactly what you would be looking to see at this stage absolutely no reason to worry at all lovely 💜 good luck with your beta and early congratulations 🥳 xxx

I think it might just be that ydays has dried already so a bit darker also are they all the same kind of first response you’ve used (I see the green wrapper in the background rather than the pink but the FRER wrapper might have changed)? It really is a strong positive for 9dpt you’ve got try not to worry too much (impossible not to worry at all I know) xxx

thank you so much! So the green wrapper is a rapid response one, I usually have the pink wrapper but I bought a box with 3 in, the pink wrapper, green and then a digital. I’m doing digitals tomorrow. I’m going to remain positive and hope that progression continues and Betas are ok next week! Xxx

yeah so the green ones threshold is a bit higher too as it’s not the ‘early’ response one but the ‘quick’ response one the HCG required is a bit higher I think so the line might well be lighter because of that so you aren’t comparing like for like if that make any sense? Either way still a great line for 9 days 🤩🥰 xx

ah that’s even better to know thank you! Ok I feel much better now haha. I did do an easy at home strip test too which looked darker than yesterday’s so I think I need to stop panicking so much haha xx

I just did a digital and got 2-3 weeks!! Now for Beta xx
