Yesterday, I was massively poorly. I was constantly sick every time I stood up or moved slightly. I have never been that poorly, I couldn't keep food or water down. Is it possible to get sickness before a positive pregnancy test? I feel the same as yesterday, minus the vomiting.

I should think it’s possible but it’s also possible that you’ve picked up a bug of some kind. Only time will tell.. Make sure to keep your fluid intake up xx
