Implantation foods

Hi I am d2pd5t, can anyone recommend foods that I can eat that will help with implantation. I have read about nuts but I have an allergy so that is out the window x

I am exactly same stage. I am having a glass of pomegranate juice a day, pineapple core and kiwi... heard these all help. Sending lots of luck x

Aww thank you I usually make a shake in the morning banana kiwi and pineapple juice must try the pomegranate as well. Yes you too hope all goes the way u want it 😘 x

Hi my love... I had pomegranate juice not from concentrate.. pineapple core a slice a day... lots of avocados and just ate lots of green veg... wish you luck xxx

A couple of Brazil nuts everyday is also meant to be good xxx

Just take a selenium supplement instead of eating Brazil nuts if your allergic. I haven’t had ivf but I drank pomegranate juice & ate beetroot I tried juice but was vile the cycle I conceived.

I’ve been told there is very little evidence that diet makes any impact. We all put ourselves under a lot of pressure that somehow we’re doing something ‘wrong’ or our actions are creating our situations however medical evidence doesn’t suggest diet will solve these things. The advice I’ve had is just to try and eat a healthy and balanced diet. Be kind to yourself and good luck! X
