More waiting 😢xx

How is everyone tonight? Well, it’s been a week since EC and our case was discussed today. I feel much better about stuff, it did hit me hard. But I’ve thrown myself back into the gym (which I’m really loving) and work has been quite busy, but I’ve been making time for me aswell and for hubby! So the outcome- that suggested that we choose a new DS. We kind of knew it was coming, and if it’s for the best then, of course that’s what we will do. I know that it’s at least another 10weeks, and that’s just for the DS to arrive in this country. Same old story, I just hate the waiting! In the mean time I spoke to my boss- who has been great with time off. And eventually after speaking to hubby, we decided that he needed to know a limited amount of information. So I mentioned that we were doing ivf, and that that’s what all the appointments were. I think that has helped my stress levels and anxiety, to be a bit more open. Sorry for the long winded message! Xxx

Oh that’s good news that at least you have a plan now. Rubbish that the donor sperm takes so long, have you chosen a new person now?

I just read your other updates. I missed them. I’m so sorry that this happened to you and hubby and that you didn’t get your chance to try for your rainbow baby. Well done on being so positive! I hope the wait isn’t too long for more DS. I’m glad you felt a bit less stressed after telling work. Sending lots of love and hugs hun xx

That is very true. We’re all strong and fighters! I’m doing alright. Moving forward. We have our app next week to do a full IVF cycle instead of another IUI. Xx

Well done on speaking with your boss - I’m lucky that my work team have been so supportive with time off - I’m so glad you’ve had a positive experience with that- definitely takes the pressure off all the appointments! Good luck with the DS xx
