Im very new to all this. Myself (34) and my partner (hes 37) have been ttc for just over 2 half years to no avail. We have both been tested and nothing was found so due to our age were referred straight for IVF as unexplained. The process so far has been pretty quick to be honest, we were both very lucky to tick all the boxes straight away so referral went off quickly. We are having our treatment (only 1 round NHS funded) at The Priory in Birmingham. I am currently on day 7 of Buserlin Injections and finding im ok apart from headaches. Im also having reflexology and acupuncture, been alcohol free since xmas and no caffeine either. Any tips/advice or anything at all to help me on my way?
I must admit the more i read the more overwhelmed i am getting, there are so many things that people say to do/not to do etc.
Many thanks xx

Sounds like you are all over this. The therapies will help keep you relax. I found meditation and yoga helpful too. Eat healthy and stay positive. Wishing you all the best, good luck! 🤞🏻 Xx
Hi I’m in the middle of my first cycle at the Priory. If you want any info, you can private message me. They’ve been lovely so far. It’s gone relatively well so far. I’m currently at the stage of waiting to heard on embryo development which is pretty much torturous. Hope it goes well for you. I was on short protocol so did no down reg xx
Hi Sprockerlove. Good to know you're on your way now. Sorry about the headaches. Try drinking some extra water and of course paracetamol is OK, unless you've been prescribed something else. All down to the drug messing with your pituitary gland in your brain. Hope the rest of cycle goes to plan. Good luck! Diane
