I'm pulling my hair out and super worried. I had my frozen embryo transfer on 20th and supposed to test on 1st Jan.
I took a test yesterday because I felt I couldn't wait and it was negative, now I'm gutted and wish I never because I've taken away my hope.
Does anyone know the the difference in the timeline between a fresh embryo and a frozen. Reading all the posts people seem to be getting positives from as early as 5dp but think that's for fresh. Am I right in saying frozen takes a bit longer to implant? Hoping someone can make me feel better that there is still a chance!

I was a frozen tansfer and I got my bfp 5dp but only becase my enby implanted straight away and was already hatching on transfer day. It takes different amount of times for different people. I would wait until test day go find out your result for sure. Some tests wont pick up until that day either. X
I'm not going to take anymore tests until test day now, fingers crossed my wee frostie is just lazy 😏
I don’t know much about IVF, but wanted to wish you good luck. You’re definitely not out; it could change between now & then. Also pregnancy tests will vary in sensitivity & if you didn’t use first urine it wouldn’t be strong show up at this early point. I hope it changes on OTD & gives you the best start to the new year 🤞🏻❤️✨ xoxo
Thank you so much. I didn't use first urine so hopefully that's it aswell as being too early. I did use first response but hoping implantation hadnt taken place yet and that was also the problem x
Everyone is different in the case of IVF. Just don't take too much stress. It is not good for you. Just now test on 1st January. I am hoping it be a bfp. Good luck to you. All my prayers are with you. Sending baby dust your way.
