How exciting! For me it feels like time just can’t go quick enough. So hard to practice patience. This will be first frozen had a failed fresh in August. Where are you in your journey?

Im doing low carb high protein diet from the 1st of Jan.

I also take vits but im also having reflexology xx

I will have to look into reflexology, I’ve looked into acupuncture and womb care (self care massage techniques) but not into reflexology. I want to try something different as this will our final NHS funded go xx

Hi, I'm also wandering the same thing,I think I will ask if I can book in a FET for end of Feb so want to do everything I can. I was looking into doing Yoga and doing more exercise this time round,aswell as diet etc. I think I might do a juice cleanse next week for a few days just to rid my body of excess Christmas toxins. I've also looked into Fertility reflexology but not sure if I can afford but if it people recommend it I might be inclined to give it a try.

Has anybody else suggested anything? Xx

Im waiting for a hysteroscopy which will be in January, i also want to give it my best shot. What kind of juice cleanse will you be doing? Can i have some tips lol yoga is really good as it helps de stress and it is really relaxing. I hope everything goes well for you xx

I've got a book by Jason Vale and he's got recipes for a 3 day detox,I would be more than happy to send you the recipes,if so PM me your email address and I'll take photos of them to send. I useto do Body Balance which was a mixture of Thai Chi, Yoga and Pilates but I moved house in Feb and it's too far to go, just need to check the Yoga at my gym isn't high intensity xx

Hello!! I’m keeping 🤞🏻I will be starting in February 2019.

This will be my last cycle.

This time it’s a fresh cycle (x1fresh resulted in miscarriage x1 fet bfn and x1 fet another miscarriage).

I’ve had to make the difficult decision that this will be my last cycle as my endometriosis has recurred despite x3 surgeries. I need radical surgery again but they’ve advised me to finish my fertility treatment first.

Tbh I’m dreading 2019. One way or another it will be a life changing year.

It will be good to have others to talk to through treatment. 💛

Hi hells bell's, what an amazing post and I'm feeling similarly - 2019 is going to have to bring some answers for me too in terms of treatment decisions! Also some very tough chats with my OH.... Eugh. 2018 has been all about being in limbo and waiting, so I guess that can't go on. I wish I all the best with this cycle and indeed the year ahead ♥whatever happens at least we will know we gave it everything and we are freaking warriors! Much love x

I will start my first cycle in February too on a long protocol..im waiting for my next period which is due anytime now..then to start my injections on day 21 of that cycle.. so my egg collection will be in February..

So you will be running off your own period.. see i dont have periods so will be on birth control and then go on to injections.. this is my 2nd fresh cycle.

Hi Mrs plant,after a BFN on the 21st Dec I'm going to get back in touch with the clinic on 2nd Jan and hopefully book my next FET for end of Feb,want to give myself a couple of months to get my body ready. Wishing you the very best of luck x

Hello! Hopefully February yes... I had a laparoscopy on 2 Jan and got diagnosed with adenomyosis and endometriosis but they said it is mild enough it won't affect my fertility so I can try IVF again (2nd fresh cycle) ASAP (we did IVF the first time due to MFI before I was diagnosed). Expecting to hear from clinic in a couple of weeks to clarify cycle dates.

Hi mrsplant yes it was from my last cycle (second one) and from that we have one frozen embryo but because of my age (39 this year ) and my amh level is 5.7 doctor recommended fresh one. Hope my last one and I hope and pray that miracle will happen again 🙏 I feel excited and so nervous the same time but my little one when I ask her if she want mummy and daddy to have a baby she says “my baby “(her baby ☺️) and she loves little baby’s ☺️😍 Is that your first ivf cycle hun ? Xx

After my first failed cycle we decided to change the clinic... best thing we done ...everything felt different more “real” more positive. Did u have medicated FET ? Did they done anything different in your both fresh IVF and FET ? Xx

Thank you the question if they do send me. Telling me the day you start your period then count that as one then call them to make appointment for a blood test for 21st day. How do you do that when you have irregular period. It just dont make sense to me.

They normally give u a drug to bring on ur period
