Intercourse during 2WW- yes or no?

Quick question my clinic didn’t say anything about having intercourse during the 2WW, what’s your advice?

Hi, lots of conflicting advice on this one if you google it! My clinic didn’t say anything about it, and we did have sex (and a bfp). However, if I could go back in time I would’ve abstained as there’s some research that suggests the contractions from orgasm can affect implantation. It wasn’t worth the guilt I got afterwards, nor the risk after coming so far! Hope that helps xx

I would say no... have read that a female O can stop emby from implanting 🤷‍♀️ stick to cwtching ☺️ xx

My clinic said yes and we did. It worked happy hormones are good. NHS say ex throughout entire pregnancy is safe xxxxx

I transferred last Friday and my clinic said no sex for the first week x

I got a bfp so it didn’t affect implantation. Unfortunately for me it wasn’t to be - nothing to do with dtd more to do with the crappy embryo xx

I didn’t have sex in the 2ww or the 9 months of pregnancy near enough! 😂🙈 I think better to stay on the cautious side and make sure your body and embryo is ok xx
