I've bought merional and kept it in freezer for about 28 hrs and it was wrote on the package that it should be stored at room tempreture so r they unsuitable for use?

I would ring your clinic and check or maybe there’s a number that came with the drugs; a helpline or customer service number xx

Agreed. Fingers crossed. But if not ok you should be able to quickly get replacement from a local supermarket with 4 letters and green writing (other suppliers are available)
