EC confirmed for Wednesday... Super nervous as husband has almost zero sperm (1-2 at best!) ...

Anyone's partner been the same and do you have any last minutes hints/tips to get more from him ??? He's been having wellman conception and Maca tablets already but what about accunpunture or any other magic potion/cure you've heard about ??!

Ha ha if only there was a magic potion lol..my partner has same problem. We were told he should give up smoking and that was it really.. my husband had 2 frozen samples and also provided a fresh sample on the day. Must admit we were shocked ì fertilized. . Good luck hun x

Seems like we are in same boat then ! Can I ask how many sperm did you have frozen ? Was it 2 samples with lots in them or just 2 sperm like us? How did he get on with the fresh on the day? Yeh he had to give up smoking and drinking too so I'm really hoping it will have made a difference. I'm usually quite a matter of fact person but this week has taken its toll and I'm really nervous it will all get abandoned on the day! How did you cope? I'm so happy you got a positive even more so now as it gives me hope! Xx

Erm my hubby just had two frozen samples they didnt tell us if there were enough swimmers there..I know its so hard not to worry but the good thing is after you have had your eggs collected they phone you the day after to tellhow many eggs fertilised. 8 out of 11 of my eggs ffertilised me and my partner were surprised and happy with that.. oh he was fine doing hiz fresh sample dont worry it wont be abandoned they will find what they need from 3 sample. R u havin icsi like we had? X

hi ladies, im in the same boat as u. my husband has low sperm count aswel, he had 7 samples frozen, but they didnt survive the thawing process. we are counting very had on the fresh sample on the day. i still quite behind thought, start down reg after april period so keeping my fingers crossed

Sorry to hear the frozen didn't survive Shirley100 hopefully if you managed to get 7 samples anyway you should be good to go with fresh on the day.

Sum1sweeta your numbers are the same as mine as I have 11 follicles so let's hope we get enough sperm to fertilise on the day. He will be fine doing the fresh sample it's just whether they find any swimmers in there. Hurry up Wednesday !! How you feeling ? Tomorrow you get your bloods to confirm positive right? X

Although they say you have 11 folicles there may but more they cant always pick them on the scan.. ill have my fingers crossed for you magic im sure they will get what they need huni. You only need 1 embryo

Im good thanks still dont feel any different well apart from ive put a stone on since this whole process started.. dont fit in anything. . No blood test which I thought was odd. They just told me to do a clear blue test.. and then post them the results and also phone them.. all I know they will give we an appointment for 3 weeks time for a vaginal scan. Lovely lol. X
