All prayers on our last embryo. 3rd cycle here we are!

Hie everyone. Been long since i last posted.

My partner & i tied the knot last month after we took a break from IVF (after two failed cylces one which ended in a missed miscarriage

We have ONE frozen embryo which we are planning to transfer this December & are praying & hoping the heavens smile at us. I would love to hear positive stories especially on one embryo cases like ours.

And of cause the usual question, any tips on how to better my chances during this fet cycle?

Congratulations on your wedding. I can’t offer any tips really except to eat well, drink well and get enough sleep. Basically look after your body and mind between now and then. Wishing you lots of luck xx

No tips other than the usual, follow a healthy and colourful diet with not too much fruit (turns to sugar). Gentle exercise like walking at least and try not to stress too much.

Also no no no cigarettes or alcohol

Congratulations on getting married.

I'm also having a FET in December, what date is yours?

I've just been going to the gym and eating healthier, more leafy greens,eggs and Brazil nuts in preparation so fingers crossed for the both of us xx

Wooow that's exciting. I will confirm dates on my appointment next week Thursday. We might be fet buddies. I need to work on my diet as I hardly eat
