Absolutely gutted. Linings still not ready. Scan last Thursday showed 6.8 and today it’s only grown ever so slightly and is 6.9. Nurse is going to speak to the doctor and let me know later if they are going to up my dose or make me have a period.
Confidence is at 0. I feel like sh*t.

Hey Kirsty, Ive too been in your position but best to have a good lining rather than just hoping for the best which I know is hugely disappointing. I cried my eyes out when one of my cycles was cancelled but afterwards I knew it was for the best. With my next bleed they started me on a higher dose of progynova which did the trick. They may just up your dose and rescan but if not then try not to be too disappointed (good coming from me who was in tears), those embryos are precious and you want your lining to be in the best condition! Oh I know it sucks... you are not alone. But hold on there, sometimes it just takes longer. Patience is much needed in this process. 6.9 is not that bad either, you are not that far!! Good luck and much strength to you! xxx
Sorry you're feeling rubbish this morning. It's just a long long road.
I believe doctors will advise you in the best way so you have the very very best chance.
I know it's disheartening now but all of this waiting will be worth it.💖💖
Sorry to hear that Kirsty, as hard as it is you want your lining to be at its best to give you the best outcome so it will all be worth it in the end. Easier said than done but you will get there, it sucks but sometimes it just takes us a bit longer. Big hugs xx

Oh no! It’s so disheartening isn’t it! Our bodies are funny things! This is what happened to me last week and they introduced patches as well as continuing with progynova. The doctors will know what’s best but it doesn’t make it any easier sometimes! Xx
Thank you all being so kind. If it wasn’t for the fact that they had already given it a few days I wouldn’t be so worried but now I’m just waiting to hear what the doctor has decided. X
The hospital have just rang and agreed that I can increase my dose to 10mg per day instead of 8mg. Need to go back on 30th for another scan. Hope and pray for me!! 🙏🤞🤞🤞

I know it's drawn out but they must think you have a good chance of getting thicker lining with more meds. Xxx

Hi Kirsty. I drink pomegranate juice, take vitamin E supplements, sit with a hot water bottle on my tummy at night and have acupuncture. This is the advice I got from another lovely lady on here when I asked! Xx
Hi Kirsty blue, I had accupunture and are lotssss of Brazilian nuts. Promegranate juice is supposed to be good too like marietay said but i just couldn't get myself to like the taste 😅

My lining wasn’t great last time at 6.8mm CD12 when I started the progesterone (failed transfer) and I pushed to go ahead but wished I hadn’t..
This time I have been prescribed Viagra not that it needs a prescription but this can be taken orally or crushed with Canesten cream vaginally. Speak to your consultant to see if it is an option as it has huge and sometimes literally overnight success with the ladies on one of the FB groups I am on..
Anyone else here get put on a higher dosage then go back a week later and their lining was perfect for transfer? I’m so worried xx
On all of my frozen cycles so far Ive had my meds adjusted after scan and my lining got there.....I think it only took a few says to make a difference, around 4 if I remember correctly! Good luck!xx
Thank you. This feels me with a tiny bit of hope. I went last Thursday and it was 6.8 and went again yesterday and it was 6.9 but they decided to adjust my meds. It absolutely has to work by Tuesday 🤞🤞🙏
