So we are signing all our paperwork next week ready to start IVF. How long afterwards did you ladies start your injections? Could it be months or was it soon afterwards? We don't want to wait to start but know it's a possibility. So just curious

Ivf paperwork 🤔
It depends if it’s a private clinic or the NHS. On the NHS it took 2 months ( this would vary depending on the clinic) but in a private clinic it was matter of days, everything went very fast. Good luck with your cycle x
Hi
Even in the NHS it varies a lot from clinic to clinic.
I see some ladies here saying it took them just a few weeks to start the meds.
After signing the paperwork My nhs clinic took 2 months to send me a letter to inform me the treatment would start in 9 months 😕
We are at an nhs clinic and are signing the paper work this month and are starting injections in January
It depends if you are doing a short or long protocol. I was NHS funded through a private clinic so as soon as my next period started I went in for a scan and went away with my injections. So you should only really wait max 2 months I would say! Good luck!x
