Hope you soon feel better try not to do too much til then and yes it will be worth it x
Thanks , Iām resting as much as I can. I work 4 days a week munching on a rich tea biscuit every now and then between meals to try keep nausea at bay x yes itāll be worth it. Iām posting my symptoms to help other people as a lot of ladies on here post the bfp then right after that itās the first scan!! So hard to know how they were feeling inbetween? There might be other ladies out there feeling like me xx
Bless you I'm sure there are and much as it's wanted early pregnancy can be tough but usually the middle bit is much easier think the stakes are so high when the journey has been long and hard just wishing you all the best and hoping you get to enjoy this special time take care x
Thanks xx
Are you drinking enough? If you are dehydrated it can lower your blood pressure which can cause you to faint. Try to drink plenty of water, even though you probably donāt feel like it because of the nausea. Hope you start to feel better soon xx
Iāve upped my water intake trying to sip on drinks in work xx
Donāt think I was drinking a lot the day I fainted I was busy in work and hadnāt realised , Iām on top of it now x
Yeah, itās easily done - I think weāre all guilty of not drinking enough, pregnant or not. Unfortunately, thereās not much you can do about the nausea - thatās probably cause by increased HCG! š Ginger is good for nausea, if you can stomach it, lol! Good luck! xx
Sorry to hear youāre feeling so bad. If it happens again or you get to the point where you canāt keep anything down then please do go see your GP. Morning sickness isnāt pleasant but normally itās just something that we have to live with but if itās very severe then you can get dehydrated and that isnāt good for you or baby. Hope you feel better soon.
Thanks hopefully wonāt last too long x.
Sorry to hear you were ill, hopefully rest and hydration will help and your GP will be able to give you some more care advice if you still feel poorly
I did go the gp they said they can offer anti sickness meds but I said no thanks x Iām upping my drinks and having smaller regular snacks x
Sounds like a good plan, wishing you all the best x
Make sure your eating and drinking enough. I was the same from about 6 weeks onwards. Apparently all good signs things are progressing well with a surge in hormones making you feel rubbish (start of morning sickness). Good luck x
Thanks Lyn , itās all new to me š¤ itās all good signs as you say lynn xx
Make sure youāre drinking plenty if you can. If you canāt keep fluids down then see your GP to discuss medication. Make sure you go from lying/sitting to standing very slowly and donāt bend over! It sounds like you have low blood pressure which is not unusual for some women in pregnancy.
Thanks Lizzie Iāve been taking things slow, itās coming and going a bit so getting more relief x
Hope the symptoms are easing up.. it will all be worth it xxx
Hi pippeon , hope your ok? yes Iām not complaining Iām hoping all is ok and the nausea is with me all the time , but not being sick now so I can cope xx
